Tianfu Yongxing Laboratory Successfully Holds 2024 Employee Training

On the afternoon of September 12, the Human Resources Department of Tianfu Yongxing Laboratory (hereinafter referred to as "the laboratory") hosted its 2024 employee training, attended by over 100 full-time staff members. The training covered sessions from the laboratory's development, rules and regulations, business processes, confidentiality and safety management. By such training, it also aims to build communication bridges, fostering a sense of belonging and recognition among staff. 

It started at the Exhibition Hall, where Liu Wanhua, Deputy Director of the laboratory, provided a detailed introduction to the laboratory's history, research focus, operational model, and achievements in team building, technological innovation, and conversion of scientific and technological achievements. She encouraged employees to maintain a spirit of exploration and innovation, expressing high expectations for their contributions. 

The following sessions were presented by head of each department with details about technological innovation, conversion of scientific and technological achievements, human resources, financial management, and comprehensive administration. The content was rich and diverse, closely related to the employees' daily work. The laboratory also invited an official from the Ecological Environment and Urban Management Bureau of Sichuan Tianfu New Area to guide employees on confidentiality laws, and a fire safety instructor from Chengdu's Ze'an Fire Safety Center to teach us how to protect ourselves from fire and fire-resulted dangers. 

Employees got totally immersed in the training and actively participated in the site activities. We look forward to this passionate and dynamic group unleashing their potential and working together to contribute their wisdom and strength to the carbon neutrality initiative.
