He Kebin, born in Chengdu, Sichuan in 1962, is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, a professor from the School of Environment, and Dean of the Institute for Carbon Neutrality, Tsinghua University. Besides, he also serves as the Deputy Director of the National Ecological and Environmental Protection Expert Committee,Vice Chairman of the Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences, Convener of the Environmental Science and Engineering Discipline Review Group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, the Chairman of the China Working Committee of the Global Emissions InitiAtive (GEIA), and Head of the Environmental Team of the Global Energy Assessment (GEA).
He has been committed to the research on compound air pollution and coordinated emission reduction of carbon pollution for a long time, focusing on in-depth research on the identification of atmospheric particulate matter and compound pollution, the emission characteristics of complex sources and coordinated control of multiple pollutants, and the coordinated control of atmospheric pollution and greenhouse gases. He has published more than 350 SCI academic papers and six monographs, won one second prize in the State Natural Science Award, three second prizes in the National Science and Technology Progress Award, 11 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, the Cozzarelli Prize from the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America, the Team Award of the UNEP "Climate and Clean Air Award" in 2018, and the Science and Technology Progress Award from the Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation.

Jiang Yi, born in Beijing in 1952, is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, director of the Building Energy Research Center of Tsinghua University, member of the Energy Advisory Expert Committee of the State Council, member of the National Expert Committee on Climate Change, and member of the Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
He is mainly engaged in research on building energy conservation. He led the compilation of the Annual Report on Construction Energy-Saving Development in China, and won two second prizes of the National Science and Technology Invention Award: solution-conditioned air handling unit for indirect evaporative water chilling units for air conditioning in western dry areas; two second prizes of National Science and Technology Progress Award: building energy consumption and thermal performance analysis simulation software: DeST, online identification and optimal control of thermodynamic and kinetic properties of central heating systems. Besides, he has won four first prizes and six second prizes of the Science and Technology Progress Awards at the provincial, municipal and ministerial levels, involving a number of fields such as metro thermal environment simulation and control, apple and cabbage storage in the producing areas, random analysis of building thermal environment, green building, and central heating network regulation. He owns 70 invention patents and has published more than 150 scientific research papers.

He is the Dean of the College of Architecture, Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology. He has been engaged in the scientific research of both the theory and application of architectural physics for a long time, specializing in the basic theory and design methods of building thermal engineering and energy conservation and focusing on the theoretical exploration and engineering practice of the evolution and development mode of regional residential buildings. His work reveals the scientific mechanism of how traditional residential buildings in western China adapt to regional climate and save energy consumption and establishes the thermal design principle and method of "isothermal flow" buildings suitable for solar energy-rich areas in western China.

Li Keqiang, born in Ziyang, Sichuan Province in 1963, is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the director of the National Key Laboratory of Automotive Safety and Energy Conservation, and an expert in automobile intelligence. He is mainly engaged in theoretical and technical research on the dynamic design and control of automobile intelligent driving systems and is the winner of the Progress Prize and Top Prize in the China Automotive Industry Science and Technology Award and the second prize in the National Science and Technology Progress Award 2018.

Mr. Dai has served as the director and researcher of the Energy Research Institute of the National Development and Reform Commission, the director of the China Energy Conservation Promotion Project Office of the World Bank/Global Environment Facility (GEF), the president of China Chemical Energy Conservation Technology Association, the director of the Energy Fundamentals and Management, the vice president of Beijing Energy Society, and the executive director of China Energy Research Society.
He has a long career in research and development of energy economy, energy development strategy and energy planning, energy system efficiency analysis, and energy management information systems. In recent years, he has led the compilation and publication of six books and textbooks, published more than 30 papers in domestic and foreign magazines and newspapers, and won several second and third prizes in national and ministerial scientific and technological progress awards.

He is the Director of the Key Laboratory of Advanced Energy Traction and Comprehensive Energy-saving in Rail Transit and the former Vice President of Southwest Jiaotong University. He is the winner of the National Famous Teacher Award, the winner of the 6th Zhan Tianyou Railway Science and Technology Award for Teaching, an expert receiving a special government allowance, and the leading contributor to one first prize and two second prizes in the National Teaching Achievement Award and one first prize in Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. He has been engaged in teaching and scientific research in electric traction drive and control and train operation control and simulation. He has published more than 80 papers in SCI/EI-indexed journals and obtained more than 10 invention patents.

Rong Xiangyang, born in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province in 1964, is currently the Chief HVAC Engineer and Technical Director of China Southwest Architectural Design and Research Institute Corp., Ltd., the Vice Chairman of the Building Environment and Energy Application Committee of China Engineering & Consulting Association, the Vice Director of the HVAC Committee of Architectural Society of China, the Vice Chairman of the Building Thermal Power Committee of Architectural Society of China, and the Vice Director of the Higher Education Specialty Evaluation (Certification) Committee of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and doctoral supervisor of Chongqing University and Hunan University.
He has been engaged in engineering design and scientific research in the field of building environment and energy application engineering for a long time and won one second prize in the National Science and Technology Progress Award and two first prizes in provincial and ministerial science and technology progress awards.

Mr. Chen is the President of the Institute of Transportation Development Strategy & Planning of Sichuan Province, one of the first batch of leading talents of the national "Ten Thousand Talents Program", a national transportation young scientific and technological talent, and an outstanding young academic leader in Sichuan Province.
He has led the preparation of more than 10 provincial major transportation strategic plans, including the Sichuan Comprehensive Three-dimensional Network Planning (2020-2035) and the development of more than 60 major policy researches, won over 10 national, provincial, and ministerial scientific research and teaching awards, obtained over 10 national patents, and published more than 60 papers and 6 monographs.
