Liu Qingyou, professor and doctoral supervisor, is the President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Chengdu University of Technology. He is a Special Term Professor of the Changjiang Scholars Program, and one of the "leading talents" in the Special Support Program of China.
He is mainly engaged in the theoretical, experimental, product and application research of oil drill bits and equipment. He has led more than 10 projects, including the National Science and Technology Major Project, National 973 Project, National 863 Project, and Projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published more than 180 papers (more than 90 as the first author), obtained more than 60 authorized invention patents (including 7 international patents), and published 8 monographs and textbooks. Duo Ji, born in December 1952, is an expert in geology, a professor of Tibet University, and a chief engineer of the Bureau of Geology and Mineral Exploration and Development of Tibet Autonomous Region. He was elected as an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering in 2001.
He is mainly engaged in the exploration and comprehensive research of geothermal resources, mineral resources, hydrogeology, engineering geology, and environmental geology. He has successively won one second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, one second prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, one second prize of the Reserve Report Quality Award of the Ministry of Land and Resources, one second prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of Tibet Autonomous Region, one third prize of the Prospecting Award of the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, and one third prize of the Exploration Award.

Yang Chunhe is the researcher and doctoral supervisor of Geotechnical Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences in Wuhan, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Deputy Director of National Key Laboratory for Geotechnical Mechanics and Engineering. He is a winner of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, Special Term Professor of the Changjiang Scholars Program, winner of the 8th Guanghua Engineering Technology Award of Chinese Academy of Engineering, the Chief Scientist of the National 973 Project and deputy leader of Expert Advisory Group, national candidate for the "Hundred Million Talents" in the new century, and winner of national "May Day Labor Medal". He has been engaged in the research of rock salt solution mining and underground oil and gas reserve engineering technologies and relevant theories, and is one of the pioneers in the research field of rock salt mechanics and rock salt underground oil and gas reserve engineering in China.

Ouyang Zhiyun, doctoral supervisor, is the Director and CPC Secretary of Research Center for Eco-environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Academician of National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America, Chairman of Ecological Society of China, Vice Chairman of Chinese Society of Ecological Economy, and Executive Director of International Association of Ecology. He has successively served as the Deputy Director and Director of the Key Laboratory for System Ecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Director of the National Key Laboratory for Urban and Regional Ecology. He has won 3 second prizes of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the Outstanding Achievement Award of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and more than 10 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards. He has won the 4th Youth Science and Technology Award, and the first and second Top 100 Most Influential and Excellent Domestic Academic Paper Awards of China. He is mainly engaged in the research of ecosystem service functions, ecosystem evaluation and protection, urban ecology, biodiversity, etc.

Chen Daiwen, born in Guang'an, Sichuan Province in 1962, is the former Vice President of Sichuan Agricultural University, Director of the Key Laboratory for Animal Disease-resistance Nutrition of the Ministry of Education, scientist of the National Pig Industry Technology System, Executive Director of Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine, President of Sichuan Association of Feed Industry, national outstanding talent in agricultural scientific research, a national outstanding scientific and technological worker, one of the first batch of candidates for the academician training project in Sichuan Province, and one of the first batch of outstanding scientists under the Tianfu Ten Thousand Talents Program in Sichuan Province. He has won the Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Outstanding Contribution Award and the 13th Guanghua Engineering Science and Technology Award.

Liu Yan is the chief expert of Sinopec Southwest Oil and Gas Branch, and General Deputy Manager of Yuanba gas field development and construction project department. He has successively won the "May Day Labor Medal" of the National Energy Chemistry System, the Model Worker of Sinopec and the national "May Day Labor Medal".

Le Hong, born in December 1965, professor-level senior engineer, is the Deputy General Manager, Chief Engineer and Safety Director of PetroChina Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company, Director of CHN Energy High-sulfured Gas Reservoir Development, Research and Development Center, Director of Key Laboratory for Natural Gas Quality Control and Energy Measurement of PetroChina, and one of the 15th batch of outstanding entrepreneurs of Sichuan Province. He has been engaged in the research and management of well engineering technologies and safety management and control. He is the main contributor to "three trillion reserves and thirty billion yield" of PetroChina in Sichuan Basin, and the main development organizer of shale gas fields at the trillion scale in Anyue, Changning-Weiyuan, Luzhou etc. He has won 10 national, provincial and ministerial awards, applied for 18 invention patents, published more than 20 papers in core journals, and published 3 monographs.

Sun Qi, born in September 1969, is the chief technologist of DEC, professional and technical talent enjoying the special government allowance from the State Council, and candidate for academic and technical leaders of Sichuan Province.
He has been engaged in the research and development of core technologies of energy power equipment for a long time, has led the development of DEC's first supercritical carbon dioxide generator unit, ORC organic Rankine cycle generator unit, first compressed air energy storage turbine unit and carbon dioxide energy storage power equipment, first enclosed hot air circulation power unit for cleaning of chemical tail gas, first high-speed natural gas pipeline compressor unit, first natural gas differential pressure power generator etc., and won DEC's Outstanding Contribution Award for Technological Innovation. Many projects completed under his leadership have won the first, second and third prizes of the Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award and the first, second and third prizes of the Science and Technology Award of China Machinery Industry.
