Talents are the basis of laboratory development and the key to scientific and technological innovation. Tianfu Yongxing Laboratory will adhere to international standards, adopt market-oriented mechanisms, establish a diversified model, pool talents from all over the world, continue to deepen the innovation of personnel system, accelerate the gathering of talents at home and abroad, and create a "highland" for the gathering of talents in carbon neutral technology.

"When water accumulates, fish gather; when trees flourish, birds gather." In order to serve the major needs of the national carbon neutral strategy and lead the global carbon neutral core technology innovation, Tianfu Yongxing Laboratory will strive to reach more than 200 talents by the end of 2022, more than 700 talents by the end of 2025, more than 1000 talents by the end of 2030, and more than 70% of scientific and technological talents. At present, Tianfu Yongxing Laboratory has gathered more than 30 academicians, more than XX national outstanding youth, provincial and ministerial talents, and more than XX talents with doctor's degrees and senior professional titles. Gradually form a high-level talent team consisting of academicians, chief scientists, young scientists and doctoral students.
