Xie Heping, born in 1956, from Hunan, is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, a member of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, a member of the Standing Committee of the China Association for Science and Technology, and the Chairman of the 8th Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Education. Besides, he is also a professor, doctoral supervisor and former president of Sichuan University, a distinguished professor of Shenzhen University, and Dean of the Institute of Deep Earth Science and Green Energy of Shenzhen University.
He has led and completed more than 30 projects, including the National Key Research and Development Program, major scientific instrument development projects, integrated projects, key projects, and general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and enterprise science and technology projects. He has won the second prize and third prize of National Natural Science Award, the second prize and third prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize and second prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of the Ministry of Education, the first prize of Natural Science Award for Chinese Universities of the Ministry of Education, and the first prize of Coal Science and Technology Progress Award.

Li Yang, born in Dongping, Shandong Province on October 26, 1958, is an expert in oil and gas field development geology and development engineering, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and a professor-level senior engineer and doctoral supervisor of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation.
He has been engaged in the research of basic theory and key technology of oil and gas reservoir development for a long time. He has successively served as the deputy chief technical engineer of "Large Oil and Gas Fields and Coalbed Methane Development", a national major project, and the chief scientist of "Study on Recovery Mechanism and Enhanced Oil Recovery of Fractured-vuggy Carbonate Reservoir", a national "973" project. He has won 6 second prizes of the National Science and Technology Progress Award and 1 second prize of the National Invention Award, and has been granted 11 authorized national invention patents. He has published 5 monographs and 56 papers.

Kang Hongpu, born in Xinzhou, Shanxi on November 16, 1965, is a mining engineering expert. He is currently an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the chief scientist of China Coal Technology & Engineering Group Co., Ltd. He is also a researcher and doctoral supervisor of Exploration Research Institute of China Coal Research Institute, and Deputy General Manager of Exploitation Design Division of Tiandi Science & Technology Co., Ltd. He invented the geomechanical testing method and instrument for the surrounding rock of underground tunnels in coal mines, and revealed the distribution law of geomechanical parameters of the surrounding rock of tunnels. He also developed a complete set of technical systems for safe and efficient support of coal mine tunnels based on geomechanical tests and with anchoring and grouting as the core. The research results have been widely used in China's coal mines. He has led and participated in more than 50 projects, including the National Science and Technology Support Program, 973 and 863 projects, projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, national key projects, and key projects in the coal industry. He has simplified the coal mine production system and improved the safety and production efficiency of coal mines. He has also promoted the reform and development of support technology for coal mine tunnels in China, and improved the control theory and technology level of surrounding rock in coal mine tunnels in China. He has published 3 monographs and more than 120 papers successively.

Liang Bin, born on June 26, 1963, is a professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Chemical Engineering of Sichuan University. He is also a director of the Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China, an academic and technical leader of Sichuan Province, and deputy director of the Teaching Steering Committee of Chemical Engineering Institutions of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education. He is engaged in CO2 mineralization technology development and reactor design; titanium ore processing technology and titanium dioxide production process; biodiesel production technology and fundamentals of catalytic reaction; hydrocarbon oxidation reactor and reaction process; synthesis process and reaction process enhancement of vinyl acetate; research on high-temperature desulfurization technology and desulfurization process; kiln-process phosphoric acid production technology and high-temperature solid-state reaction technology; engineering of pelleting technology; construction and application of surface structure with superhydrophilic/superhydrophobic interfaces. He has undertaken 47 scientific research projects and published 202 papers, of which 104 were included in SCI/EI. He has been granted 30 national invention patents.

Guo Tonglou, born in October 1965, from Pizhou, Jiangsu, is currently the Executive Director, General Manager, and Deputy CPC Secretary of Southwest China Petroleum Bureau Co., Ltd., and General Manager of Southwest Oil & Gas Company.
He has been engaged in natural gas research and exploration in the complex tectonic zone of southern China for a long time. He has successively taken charge of, organized, and participated in more than 20 national, provincial and ministerial scientific and technological research projects, and organized more than 100 key scientific and technological research projects. He has organized or participated in the exploration deployment for Puguang gas field, Yuanba gas field, Fuling shale gas field, and other large gas fields. He is one of the main discoverers of Puguang gas field, the largest integrated marine carbonate rock gas field in China, and one of the main organizers and discoverers of Fuling shale gas field, the first large shale gas field in China, and Yuanba gas field, the deepest and largest biological reef field in China.

He is a doctor/professor, doctoral supervisor, a winner of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, and a Special Term Professor of the Changjiang Scholars Program of the Ministry of Education. He is also one of the first batch of national candidates for the "Hundred Million Talents" in the new century, an academic and technical leader of Sichuan Province, and an expert enjoying the government allowance from the State Council. He has long been engaged in teaching and scientific research in seepage, well tests, and numerical simulation of complex oil and gas reservoirs. He has undertaken more than 30 projects above the provincial and ministerial levels, such as projects of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, the National "973 Program", the National Major Project of Oil and Gas Science and Technology, and the Talent Support Program of the Ministry of Education, and won 2 second prizes of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, 5 first prizes and 2 second prizes of Provincial and Ministerial Science and Technology Progress Awards. He has published more than 190 academic papers, including more than 100 papers included in SCI and EI, and published 6 textbooks and monographs. He has also been granted 2 invention patents.

Expert in new energy and energy storage technology. He has led and completed the 14th Five-Year Plan of Yalong Hydro. The Yalong River Clean Energy Demonstration Base has become one of the nine clean energy bases listed in the national 14th Five-Year Plan and the outline of the long-term goals by 2035. He participated in and completed the projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and won the Golden Bridge Award of China Technology Market Association.

He is currently the CPC Secretary and Chairman of Dongfang Boiler Co., Ltd. He is also a senior economist and a member of the 13th Zigong Committee of the CPC. In recent years, Mr. Lin Guangping has strictly and earnestly strengthened the team and the leadership, set an example for the team, and promoted the transformation, effectively promoting the integration of party building and production and operation, and realizing the high-quality transformation and development of the enterprise. In 2021, Dongfang Boiler became one of the enterprises with an output value of RMB 10 billion again under his leadership, achieving an operating income of RMB 10.216 billion.

Zhang Ru, born in 1976, is a second-level professor and doctoral supervisor. She teaches in the Department of Geotechnical and Underground Engineering of the College of Water Resources and Hydropower of Sichuan University, and is the Executive Director of the Key Laboratory of the Department of Deep Underground Science and Engineering and Engineering Education. She has taken charge of more than 20 national, provincial and ministerial projects such as outstanding youth, outstanding youth, and key projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, provincial youth science and technology innovation team projects, and provincial applied basic research programs. She has published 168 academic papers (146 included in SCI/EI) and 4 works, applied for 103 invention patents (43 authorized), and has been granted 15 software copyrights. She has won 9 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, including the first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of the Ministry of Education (for the first time) and the second prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Henan Province (for the first time).
