Zhang Yuanhang, born in 1957, from Chongqing, is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. He is also a professor from the College of Environmental Sciences and Engineering, Peking University, Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Engineering, and concurrently a member of the National Environmental Advisory Committee, and Vice Chairman of the Eco-environment Industry-University Consortium of China Association for Science and Technology. He once served as Dean of the College of Environmental Sciences and Engineering of Peking University, Vice President of the Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences, Deputy Director of the Steering Committee of Environmental Science and Engineering Teaching in Institutions of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education, etc.
Focusing on fields of the strategy of pollution and carbon reduction synergy and atmospheric environmental chemistry, he mainly studies the formation mechanism of urban and regional atmospheric compound pollution, environmental impact, and control countermeasures. He has led and completed more than 20 national 973/863/support program projects, projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and key projects of provinces, ministries, and commissions. Besides, he has published more than 200 SCI papers, and won many national, provincial and ministerial science and technology progress awards. His research results have provided scientific and technological support for the prevention and control of air pollution in China and the continuous improvement of air quality in the Pearl River Delta.

Xu Weilin, born in 1963, from Qingdao, Shandong, is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Sichuan Provincial Committee. He also serves as Executive Director of China Society for Hydropower Engineering, Executive Director of Chinese National Committee on Large Dams, and Vice Chairman of Sichuan Hydraulic Engineering Society. He once served as a member of the Hydraulic Discipline Review Group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council and a member of the Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Education, etc.
He has been engaged in theoretical research, technical development and engineering application of high dam hydraulics for a long time, and is an academic leader in the field of high dam hydraulics in China. He has led more than 50 scientific research projects such as the National 973 Program projects and key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and published 86 SCI papers and 4 monographs, and has been granted 47 related authorized invention patents. His seven technologies have been included in 5 design specifications. He has won 1 second prize of the National Technological Invention Award, 2 second prizes of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, 8 first prizes of provinces and ministries, and the Science and Technology Innovation Award from the Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation. The results have been applied to more than 80 major water conservancy projects and have made important contributions to the flood discharge safety of high dams.

Zhao Jinzhou, born in 1962, from Xiantao, Hubei, is a professor and doctoral supervisor of Southwest Petroleum University. He also serves as Executive Deputy Director of the State Key Laboratory of Oil and Gas Reservoir Geology and Exploitation, Director of Southwest Petroleum University Branch of State Key Laboratory of Natural Gas Hydrate, and Deputy Director of the Expert Committee of China Petroleum Consulting Center. He is concurrently a member of the Science and Technology Commission of the Ministry of Education, a member of the Teaching Steering Committee of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education, Deputy Director of the Natural Gas Committee and the Petroleum Engineering Committee of the China Petroleum Society, and Deputy Director of the Academic Committee of the State Energy Center for Shale Gas Research and Development.
He is mainly engaged in the research of petroleum and natural gas engineering, oil and gas storage and transportation engineering, information system and computing technology. He is one of the main founders of the acid fracturing theory and its technology system in China, a famous acid fracturing expert, and a leader in the field of acid fracturing in China. He has made great contributions to the establishment and development of the acid fracturing theory and its technology system in China. He has won 1 second prize of the National Technological Invention Award, 1 special prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, 1 first prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, 1 second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, 2 special prizes for Provincial and Ministerial Technological Invention Award, and 7 first prizes of Provincial and Ministerial Science and Technology Progress Award. In 2021, he was included in the list of candidates for the second round of academician evaluation of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.

Liu Wanhua, born in 1962, from Nanchong, Sichuan, is a researcher, senior expert in human resources, and Vice President of Sichuan Energy Internet Research Institute of Tsinghua University. She was the Deputy Director of the Personnel Department of Tsinghua University and Deputy Secretary-General of the Salary Management Branch of China Association of Higher Education. She is concurrently the expert consultant of the Personnel and Talent Research Branch of China Association of Higher Education, Vice President of Tianfu Talent Development Promotion Association, Tianfu New District, Sichuan, and the special consultant of the Human Resources Department of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
She has been engaged in human resources management, administration and other work for a long time, with 30 years of management practice experience. Meanwhile, she has carried out professional research in combination with her work. She has presided over and participated in a number of key research projects entrusted by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Education, the State Commission Office of Public Sectors Reform and other departments. She has published nearly 20 papers in core journals and edited 5 books as editor-in-chief and associate editor-in-chief. She has won more than 10 awards such as the National Personnel and Talent Research Achievement Award and Beijing Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award many times. Her research results provide strong policy support for the reform of the national personnel distribution system and practical guidance for the reform of the personnel system in colleges and universities.
