The Signing Ceremony for Employment Internship and Practice Base of Tianfu Yongxing Laboratory-Southwest Petroleum University Is Successfully Held

On June 20, Tianfu Yongxing Laboratory (hereinafter referred to as “the Laboratory”) and Southwest Petroleum University (SWPU) held the signing ceremony for the cooperation agreement of Employment Internship and Practice Base in the conference room 102 of the Laboratory. Heng Tong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Southwest Petroleum University, and Chairman of SWPU Faculty and Staff Union, and Liu Wanhua, Deputy Director of Tianfu Yongxing Laboratory, attended the signing ceremony.

This signing ceremony was presided over by Liu Wanhua, Deputy Director. First of all, she extended a warm welcome to Deputy Secretary Heng Tong and her delegation for their visiting, and expressed sincere gratitude for concern and supporting by Southwest Petroleum University during the Laboratory’s construction process.

At the signing ceremony, Wang Jia, Head of Human Resources Department, particularly introduced the advancement of the Laboratory’s work. Xiao Youping, Deputy Director of the Enrollment and Employment Division of Southwest Petroleum University, made introductions in three aspects including basic situation of graduates’ employment, fundamental information of graduates, and intention of government-university-enterprise cooperation project on employment.

Then, under the joint witness of Deputy Secretary Heng Tong and Deputy Director Liu Wanhua, Wang Jia and Xiao Youping on behalf of both parties signed the Cooperation Agreement of Employment Internship and Practice of Tianfu Yongxing Laboratory-Southwest Petroleum University. Subsequently, Deputy Director Heng Tong awarded “Employment Internship and Practice Base of Southwest Petroleum University” for the Laboratory.

Deputy Secretary Heng Tong in her speeches pointed out that the Laboratory had advanced management experience in institutional mechanism and talent cultivation, owned high-level teams and experimental platforms in conducting scientific researches, and possessed abundant internship and practice resources. The Employment Internship and Practice Base will be set up to make students develop and succeed during processes of internship and practice, and mutually contribute to talent cultivation and local economic development by this signing.
